‘Writes’ Editor After several years working in different labs, Alex decided that he would like to be able to go at least one day at work without something unspeakable being spilt on his shoes. A strong advocate for the Oxford comma, Alex now writes, edits, and co-manages for Rising Ape who value his resourcefulness, teamwork and endless enthusiasm.
Although comfortable chatting about most subjects, he’s most interested in medicine and technology, and looks forward to the odd heated debate about science policy with anyone who will listen for five seconds. Wishes he spoke Chinese.
